■ In 1919, a motor cycle manufacturer was created in the United Kingdom by George.Brough, Brough Superior motorcycles. Most motorcycles were custom built to the customer's needs and were dubbed the "Rolls-Royce of motorcycles" from its high quality. 
Brough Superior motorcycles, Inc. stopped motorcycle production in 1940, even now "Brough" lives on as a special motorcycle name with avid fans. He also produced three cars.

■ Among the Brough Superior motorcycles company produced, SS (Super Sport) 100, equipped with a 1000cc air-cooled V-type 2-cylinder engine (Some JAP and some AJS engines). The British soldier Thomas Edward Lawrence, known under the name of "Lawrence of Arabia" Is famous for owning Brough motorcycles.
